Our gorgeous little model...

We (OK, I) decided that we needed to get some family pictures taken before we left the country for several years. I'd heard through the grapevine that Ashley was good, so we decided to try her. Look at how gorgeous Catherine looks! She looks like she's 13, not 3! I'm happy with the pictures so far...we'll see how the rest turn out!

The Princess/Ballerina/Fairy stage is upon us!

Check out this get-up from Halloween 2008. Thanks to this beaut, Catherine blew the competition out of the water! She was so proud of herself, and so happy to be Little Mermaid/Princess Ariel.
Trick-or-Treating was especially fun this year- she got the hang of it right away, and was sprinting from house to house to get more candy! She actually kept the wig on the entire time!

Hey there, Weatherwax watchers! There's a 99% chance of.....moving!

It all started on Oct 16th 2008- Mike turned and looked at me and said quite smugly: "How open is your mind?" Of course, he insisted on torturing me and would not spill the beans immediately...."INDIA??? ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?" was my exact reaction. I must admit, my first thoughts were of malaria and wild cows roaming the streets.....but after some quick research, I'd made up my mind...."Let's go! What are we waiting for?"
And so begins the story of our biggest journey yet...bigger than Germany, Korea or Scotland- this is officially SUPER-exciting, people!
Mike and I are headed over to Mumbai on Dec 2, and as always, Mimi is swooping into town to save the day. She'll stay with Catherine while we check it all out- work, living arrangements, schools, hospitals, etc. We are, needless to say, very excited- because you see, not only is all of this happening to us, but this is our first trip alone without a little someone along for the ride!
