Yah....shoulda known better. I NEVER should have posted anything about Ryan's sleeping. It came back to BITE me!
Mike has been in the UK on business for 7 days.....7 LONG days, and no one in our house is sleeping well.
I think Ryan might be getting a cold....he sneezed about 50 times today and has a bit of a runny nose. Both naps he took today were on his belly (strange for him) and he's rubbing his face all over me a lot lately. Poor thing....
I've learned my lesson. Never post anything regarding sleep again. I curse myself every time!
On a more positive note, Mike arrives home very late tonight (I hope to be snoring away when he comes to bed), we have a Gingerbread House decorating party tomorrow, Cate's class Christmas party on Thursday, and then we're on the plane back home on Thursday night! HOORAY!!
U.S.A.- here we come! Can you hear our bells jingling?

My little Angel
Ryan has brought me another early Christmas gift- the gift of sleep.
The child has FINALLY decided that he can sleep though the night! Hooray!
He's down for the night by 8:30 pm, gets up at 6:30 to eat, then back to sleep again till about 8:30 am.
I get up at 6:30 to get Cate ready for school, so this works very well for me- I get some quiet time in the morning.
And I really, really, REALLY like my quiet in the morning.

Thank you Santa!

Santa is bringing an early Christmas present this year- I CANNOT WAIT!
Did you hear me? I CANNOT WAIT!
I am sooooooooooooooo (yes, that's exaggerated, but I mean it!) excited to start taking some super-cool shots here in India. The sights deserve to be captured!
Now I just need a crash course on how to use the darn thing! :)

Lehenga
I'm so excited about my most recent shopping venture! A Houston friend asked me to find her daughter a traditional Indian outfit. I immediately agreed.
Until- wait a second, there are a MILLION choices out there. After all, there are over a billion Indians to please...dress makers sure do oblige!
After sorting out style, colors, beading, sizing, etc., I found this gorgeous lehenga for her. I soooo hope she likes it!
But then again, if not, I can head out and do more shopping! Anyone else?

The long drive home
Here's how we stay entertained during the long drive home after school every day.
It always starts out innocently enough...

But before I know it, they are up to no good! :)
Here's Holly:

And Janina:

And Catherine:

They are silly, silly!

Some days are tough, with arguements and tears. Others, like this one, are fun- and full of laughs! Oh, to be 4 again! :)
